Checked in Online with an hour wait. Arrived at the 1 hour time advised to wait another hour. Only one stylist was working. As I checked in online I didn't know I also had to check in when I arrived. My sons name disappeared off the list after waiting the additional hour. Stylist advised I should have checked in when I arrived. Ultimately she cut my sons hair next but there shouldn't be a reason why only one stylist is working and they should inform all guests to check in when they arrive.

If you say you’re open at 10 don’t you think you should be open at 10:00 not 10:30 or 11:00 showed up at the time it’s says the shop should open to get a haircut before work. It’s ridiculous to show up at the time any business should open to have no one there and be unable to provide the services at the time your hours of operation say!

Over two weeks ago, I went in mid-week for a haircut. There was no wait and I was generally satisfied with the haircut I got. But several days later, I started noticing painful, inflamed bumps around my scalp where the hair had been cut short. After consulting with my dermatologist, I was told that this was folliculitis, which is an inflammation of the hair follicle mostly caused by bacterial infection. This kind of infection can come from a lack of sanitation - not sterilizing combs, scissors or clipper guards. It's a staph infection and it's very painful. It's been almost three weeks now and I am STILL dealing with this infection. GROSS. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!
