I’ve came to this store multiple times with no issues. This time, I checked in online then went into the store and checked in. My name was on the screen as checked in/in store at the top of the list. Two more patrons checked in and my name disappeared from the list. They had me reenter my number and my name was added to the bottom of the list. Then they took the patron who checked in after me.

Terrible place to get a haircut ,specially if you get the manager to cut your hair

Amy was a delight, this morning...I had no appointment....and walked in asking if I could get a haircut without an appointment...she jumped up and said "of course"...we spoke a little about an upcoming trip I had planned...but she is an outstanding artist...and focused mostly on cutting my hair..I was very impressed, with her skills, and attitude...she greeted me...I waited maybe 15 seconds...and I was in the chair ..thanks you Amy...I would give you 10 stars if it was available...JP
